Sr. Provider Relations Analyst

The Senior ProviderRelations Analyst is a highly visible, hands-on position responsible for overseeingInterboro's relationships with participating Providers and organizations,developing and managing the end user training process, and coordinating ongoingparticipant communications. The primaryduty of the Senior Provider Relations Representative is to manage theintegration of participating providersand organizations into the InterboroRHIO and manage the implementation and on-going utilization of Interboroservices.
Bachelorsdegree required, training certifications preferred.
Generalknowledge of health care.
Ability tolearn new health care applications, develop associated training material, traintrainers and oversee end-user training.
3 years ofproject management experience required.
Ability towork independently or part of a team and to learn diverse technologies quickly.
Excellentfollow-through skills, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Excellent verbaland written communication skills.
Strongorganizational skills to manage multiple projects, issues and prioritieseffectively and simultaneously, with attention to detail.
Previouscustomer service or training experience required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
