Director of Nursing/Clinical Manager

seeking a Director of Nursing/Clinical Manager to join our team. We offer

York.
Summary
The Director of Nursing/Clinical Manager will:
Manage and supervise a team of professional and
paraprofessional employees accountable for providing competent care and
achieving optimal patient/client outcomes. Focuses on practice standards
appropriate utilization of services, and compliance with regulations and
Company policies. Responsible for assuring that there is an appropriate match between
patients/client needs and the skills and abilities of the care team assigned of
each case. Works with the service
coordinators on scheduling activities to guarantee consistency of caregiver
assignments and clinical coordination of the services being provided. Utilizes
knowledge of business activities and marketplace needs to proactively identify
staffing requirements and initiate the hiring of clinically proficient
caregivers who will be available to fill all appropriate requests for services.
This is an administrative position requiring some field work.
Qualifications
+ NYS Registered Nurse licensed
+ Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing
+ Three years Clinical experience and one-year
Home Care experience
+ Two years of their work must be in
supervision/administration, preferably in a community health or home health
setting.
+ Basic knowledge of governmental home agency
regulations, Medicare/Medicaid (as required) regulations are required.
+ Good organizational, writing, communication and
interpersonal skills.
+ Good computer skills a must
+ Experience of clinical documentation including
Start of Care records, Plan of Treatment, Interim orders, OASIS, UAS training

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
