- Provide exceptional customer support and service at the front desk - Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and mail - Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience - Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar - Transcribe documents and maintain accurate records -Knowledge of Dental Insurance billing is a plus! - Serve as assistance to the office manager as needed - BIlingual is a plus! Requirements:
- Enjoy working with Kids and their families -Previous experience in an office or customer service role preferred - Knowledge of Dentrixis a plus - Familiarity with dental office procedures is an advantage - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Professional appearance and demeanor Proficient in Spanish is a huge plus!!!
